Jessica & Mark are originally from Illinois but they followed their careers north to Wisconsin. They still have big city style for days and love Milwaukee’s vibe – a place where families are important and so is dining out, cooking in and generally loving life. Mark proposed on Christmas Eve last year where a plan based on revisiting significant nights out in their courtship went awry – perfectly awry. All the things he wanted to do didn’t really work out except for the three things that mattered most: he asked his best friend and love to marry him, she said of course and they celebrated with friends and family. In the end it was the perfect plan.

You can tell from these photos that these two are Stylish with a capital S. I’m so excited to see what they bring to their wedding day at St. Hedwig’s and the Grain Exchange – two of our favorite places to shoot here at Heather Cook Elliott Photography. Lisa will be there to capture all the gorgeousness, just like she was there to capture these – from the Iron Horse to the lake front.
