Lindsey & Tim | SURG Third Ward Wedding Photographer

For us every wedding is a joy to be a part of. I mean it – we have lovely couples and the wedding days they design and invite us to witness and capture for them are, without exception, beautiful, joyful and full of happiness. But every once in awhile a wedding comes along that is also easy. I don’t mean that we aren’t working to get the shots and to capture the love. I mean that everything simply clicks into place – a relaxed groom, a smiling bride, sunshine and a gorgeous sunset, a fabulously unique wedding dress (a two piece!), DIY details that made the reception feel personal and intimate, adorable flower girls, and families excited to be in laws. All of this describes Lindsey and Tim’s Third Ward wedding perfectly. In fact, the only thing missing on their day was their fur baby Toby who was likely relaxing in a pampered state nearby, mostly oblivious to the fact that he was, indeed, missed. Emily was there for Lindsey and Tim and the joy she felt in photographing their wedding day as they dined and danced by the river is obvious. After all, Lindsey and Tim set the tone for the day and that tone was easy, breezy and all together in love.
