2011 was an oustanding year for me both personally and professionally. I settled into my new (old) studio in the Third Ward and added an associate photographer and a great assistant. I traveled around the country and world for shoots and fun from New York to Mexico to India and back to Las Vegas. And oh yeah, I was pregnant practically the entire season! I was blessed with a perfect pregnancy and a love for hot weather so each wedding saw a growing belly bump and a smile on my face. By the end of the season and year my daughter Wren Elizabeth had entered the world and while everything is now just a little bit different, it is also the same: I’m surrounded by love and happiness at home, wonderful couples and great vendors at work and I get to meet and photograph a growing number of new moms and dads and their darling babes. To celebrate the close of a nearly perfect year I’m holding a Best Of 2011 Weddings Contest.
The rules are simple: Vote for your favorite image and the winners will receive a luxurious 24×36 fine art gallery wrap. Second place gets a 16×20 gallery wrap, as well.
