I met Scott & Kris at Indie Wed Milwaukee where they were quietly collecting ideas for their two – count’em two! – wedding celebrations, one in luscious, sun-drenched Hawaii and one at home in Wisconsin at the gorgeous and elegant Villa Terrace. The latter is yet to be but the former went down on the island of Oahu in site of Diamond Head, turquoise Pacific waters and and some of their most favorite people in the world in February when the Villa Terrace was still covered in snow. Far away in Paradise, Kris & Scott woke each morning to amazing views of brilliant sunrises over Diamond Head and we couldn’t resist setting out one day’s dawn to shoot in the golden rays of sunrise. Scott relished every minute of the shoot – reveling in the opportunity to hug and love on Kris in public and she shyly gave into the camera, laughing and smiling every minute with him. They wandered into the water and paused to watch the sun peak over the peek, happy to be in one another’s arms and ready to start their life together as husband and wife.
