Michelle & Jon’s Whistling Straits wedding day was filled with sheer beauty and sweet details, intense fun and intimate chats with friends. It was private and gorgeous, totally personal and better than even the wedding planner bride could have imagined. Michelle can be serious and organized and she’s always thorough, but Jonathan brings out the playfulness in her, keeps her dancing and laughing and inspired by the magic of life and love. Together they are a force for happiness and good in their world and their wedding showed off their creative energies. I loved all the surprising events peppered throughout the day and night that kept guests entertained and emotional and happy to be there for Michelle & Jon – from a wine mixing ritual after their vows to sparklers at night, from lawn games to champagne towers, from multiple toasts from friends and family to a late night clothing change and choreographed dances that signaled the start of a true party: everything about Michelle & Jon’s wedding was personal and personalized. Carolina was there to capture it all for them and managed time to see them out to the lakefront too. Whistling Straits is always a perfect backdrop for a wedding, but with Michelle & Jon’s vision to complement the stunning scenery the results are stunningly beautiful.
