Mandy & Dan are, hands down, the sweetest couple. Dan is more quiet (but only in groups, so I am told) and she is a riot – full of laughter and a devotion to Kid Rock, Mandy is irresistibly fun and vibrant. They met at work but didn’t really start dating until they were at different firms and, as they say, the rest is history. They share friends and love their adopted home town of Chicago; they love meandering by the lake downtown and just pal-ing around. And, most importantly, I can tell that he is her rock, her solid, amazing partner and friend in adventure. And for him, Mandy is the love and joy of his life. Because of this palpable, obvious reality I honestly felt like there was no greater way to spend an October Saturday than photographing their wedding and the joining of their happy families. Everyone around them was kind and big-hearted, generous with their praise and smiles, and ultimately so very happy to witness the official union of Mandy & Dan. Cheers to Love ~
