Colleen & John | Chicago Lincoln Park Engagement Session

Colleen & John love living in the city – their neighborhood, their apartment’s sweeping view, the vibrant lake + towers awesomeness that is Chicago – but a solid half of their hearts belong to the northwoods. And that sort of half this, half that put together to create a sweet, madly in love whole is a rather defining element in their lives.  He’s a finance guy and she’s a teacher, he’s bourbon and she’s white wine, he’s gregarious and she’s a wee bit more reserved. But together they are miles and miles of long runs, slow days in Door County, Supper Club dinners and graceful happiness to have found one another. They’ll tie the knot in the middle of their favorite places, in Milwaukee in just a month. And I’m rather certain that the days until I Do can’t go fast enough for either of them, because then it’ll be back to the ordinary, but in that amazing way that becoming a husband and wife makes everything extra-ordinary.
