Katie & Jack | Arlington Heights Neighborhood Engagement Session

Katie & Jack are two peas in a pod. They grew up in Arlington Heights and love the lives they are creating anew together as adults in their shared hometown. They love date nights on main street and they love discovering new restaurants and really, they just love hanging out together. When I met them for their engagement session in early fall it was one of the few nights they had been able to be together in quite some time. They are both avid volleyball players and coaches and between work and coaching the date nights had been few and far between. But on this gorgeous peach-sunset-kindof-night they took time to slow down, to chat, to play, to go for a walk and oh, yes, to laugh. Katie has THE best laugh I’ve ever seen and heard – each chuckle comes straight from her heart – and I think it might be Jack’s favorite thing in the world. He loves to make her laugh, to know that for her he’s everything and the feeling is beyond mutual. So let’s take a walk and remember what it feels like to hold hands, to snuggle, to just be together.
