Molly & Jason are two midwesterners making NYC their home – a home filled with the energy of the city, the contentment of partnership and the love of a lifetime. They share their days not just with each other but with their dog Leon, an adorable pup who’s favorite place is wherever Molly and Jason are. He’s a city dog, only a little shy of subway sounds and passing cabs, but thrilled to be in Central Park during off leash hours on this sunny morning in Molly & Jason’s neighborhood. Sadly, he won’t be at their wedding though but for good reason. Molly & Jason will tie the knot in less than 2 weeks in Mexico, in sandy & spectacular contrast to their everyday. Leon will wait it out back home but I know Molly & Jason are looking forward to gathering with their families and friends from all over, many from Wisconsin where they grew up. And during their destination wedding I am certain many stories about love and marriage will be told but on this day we focused on their engagement story. And so the route of our session retraced the path of many strolls previously taken, but most importantly the one where he asked that simple, glorious, transformative question, the question that would determine the rest of their lives. The question that was answered with an emphatic YES. So today I invite you to say yes, too. Yes to New York in the fall, yes to a French Bulldog, yes to twirling in the park. Yes to Love.
