Katie & Will | Milwaukee & Third Ward Engagement Session

Katie & Will live in Nashville, close to all of the fun & music & life of that city and they love it. But they also love family & tradition & coming home. So it was no surprise to their friends and family that Wisconsin, Katie’s home state, is where they’ll tie the knot and start their official forever next year. I emphasize the “official” in that sentence because I am pretty sure that deciding to share a dog is the real start to any couple’s forever and Katie & Will share MacInnis. Their pup is truly a puppy and a total floppy mop of delight. I was thrilled that she joined us on our morning walk by the lake a few weeks ago when Katie & Will were home visiting family and tying up wedding loose ends. She pulled her leash and licked Katie’s face, showed off some of her training and generally made everyone within viewing distance smile. And then she went home with her “grandmother” and it was just Katie & Will and that was nice, too. In fact, it was pretty great.
