Nicole & Matt | Milwaukee Lake Park Spring Engagement Session

Nicole & Matt’s engagement session at Milwaukee’s beloved Lake Park was the perfect way to kick off wedding season this year. I had only met them via an ungraciously grainy zoom video and seeing them in person – in the sunlight, in the world – was a metaphorical New Year’s day. As I walked with them from pocket of sunlight to flowering tree & from lighthouse view to lake view I reveled in being able to meet them in person and come to know their energy and story. And really, it was just so good to revel in the quiet joy that emanates from the pair of them. They are planning a 2022 wedding focused on their family, their vows and anointing a life together built on their faith & partnership. And we are all in for all of that.
