Katie & Trevor | Oconomowoc Lake Club Wedding Reception

Katie & Trevor were married on an extraordinarily beautiful autumn day in Wisconsin. That is the first line of the blog post I wrote way back in 2020 for Katie & Trevor, when they opted to keep their wedding date but shift their celebration to 2021. BOTH of their wedding days were incredibly, monumentally, gorgeously ideal. On both days it was perfectly sunny and breezy, with a glorious combination of colorful fall leaves drifting to the ground and long sunrays grazing across the lawn, lake & docks. In 2020 this all happened at Katie’s family home where they married and in 2021 at Oconomowoc Lake Club where their sequel wedding and extended celebration was held. And oh was it a celebration, replete with extended friend groups, all the family they could hope for and even Bucky, their beloved alma mater’s mascot doing headstands to the beat provided by a talented band. As impossible as it sounds, I am pretty sure Katie & Trevor would change absolutely zero bits of their weddings days, delays, trials, worry, reschedules and all. Both days were just too perfect, too fun and dreamy to have missed.
