Katya & Jared’s wedding week was at once a blur of events and an incredible pause in time. I am sure the days passed quickly, but in each day there were moments when everything seemed to freeze. Katya would look at Jared and he at her and they would just breathe it all in:
the joy of finally seeing their favorite people gathered to celebrate them,
the pleasure of wearing meaningful garments and family heirlooms reserved for brides & grooms,
the emotion of being the epicenter of nearly ancient religious traditions,
the new reality of being one’s chosen husband, chosen wife.
So this week we are featuring three blog posts for Katya & Jared as heartfelt tokens of our appreciation to them for inviting us along on their wedding weekend journey. Thank you to you both and thank you to your families for being so open with your love, so bold in your choices, so joyful in your planning. Mazel Tov!
