I met newborn Lara Reyna in her bright & warm home on a cold day this December. She was cuddled up, snug and happy in parental arms and pretty much wanted to stay that way. That was not a problem for her mom & dad who are learning all about the sweet joy that is an armful of baby love. Her parent’s first fur baby was present too, a watchful presence completely eager to be in the middle of everything, new baby or not. It is easy to imagine that Lara already has a best friend in the house, just waiting for her to toddle up in years so that they can start playing together. Spending the morning with Lara was a calm and bright way to help close out what has been a wonderful year of photographing families grow. Cheers to new life and cheers to 2022 ~
