Laura & Jay were married on the kind of blue sky Milwaukee day that Wisconsinites dream of in winter. It was nearly fall so Laura wore gorgeous sleeves and Jay’s classic tuxedo (with a playful pop of color on the pocket square) fit in perfectly at the Historic Pfister Hotel where they hosted their ceremony & reception. But those style details also managed to contrast delightfully with a bridal party stop at Jay’s favorite place in Milwaukee, his home away from, The Nomad. The two of them kept the bridal party small which meant they could keep their connections and conversation deep and we loved how their people where 100% there for them all day and night. Very little of their day was scripted, but instead it unfolded with laughter and tears and remembrances, with tributes, twirls and heartfelt toasts. Ready to smile?
