Last I saw wee Jack he was but a few weeks old, cuddly and big-cheeked, barely able to focus his eyes or aim his gaze. Today he’s a sitter and a smiler, content in dad’s arms or perched on a chair, mom’s little buddy. At 6 months old, Jack is as adorable as he is happy, and during our session one morning on Milwaukee’s east side he was simply content to be out in the fresh air to explore the textures at hand like grass and sand. Lulu the pup has adapted pretty well too and all reports are that Lulu and Jack are destined for best friendship. I have to write that there is something clean and fresh about these images that I love, along with the lake sparkle set against Jack’s little red chair (which by the way was his mom’s when she was little.) Ultimately, raising tiny humans might be exhausting, but it sure does look good on Jack’s mom and dad.
