Emily & Jack will tie the knot (and share the tea) this coming August, a celebration that promises to be at once a new beginning and the fulfillment of a dream. If asked to describe themselves I’m guessing they would both more or less shy away from the question as dedicated not-the-center-of-attention types, but to hang out with them is to laugh and talk easily, to learn about their adventures in Texas and to understand they they are deeply in love with one another. So one week when they were back in Milwaukee for wedding planning and family parties we met and lingered a long slow while at Villa Terrace, an oasis in the city they love to explore and enjoy together. We took in the flowers and the summer sun, the lake views and the chance to relax amidst so much beauty, which is pretty much the same way I will likely describe their wedding in a few weeks. How wonderful is that?
