Oconomowoc Family Photography at Pine Lake

2020 has been…hard. We all know this. We all feel this. But silver linings are everywhere, my friends. And for this year I declare Family Time to be the true winner, saving grace, ultimate silver lining of the year. I know this is true for me and definitely for this dear family who was able to carve out substantial time this August to retreat to a nearby lake house. Together they played and worked from “home”, they reacquainted cousins with uncles & aunts, they simply occupied the same space for lazy days and sweet sunsets, toad hunts and cocktail hours, daily work tasks and dock lounges. On a particularly lovely golden-light filled evening I joined them for some long overdue official family photo making and remembered that life together is very, very good.
