Hillary & John’s June wedding day was striking in so many ways. From the daring colorful design palette to the attention to musical details, from the inclusion of their beloved pup to the family style dinner seating, every details and aspect of the day was considered and curated to provide guests with maximum insight into the love and life of these two. John sailed with friends in the morning and Hillary delighted in wedding prep in a beautifully restored room at the Pfister. Their ceremony was officiated by a dear friend and their parents were all smiles & joyful tears from beginning to end. They treated guests to popsicles and the best band, not to mention the romantic ambiance of the always awesome Turner Hall Ballroom. It was exactly the kind of day they imagined for themselves and the kind of day we are honored to have captured in images for them to savor from this day forward.

Amanda & Matt have Meet Cute that involves a snowy night, a stuck car and ice cream drinks and really, that is all we need to know about these two to fall just a little bit in love with their story. That love story more or less starts at the beloved Bay View oddity called At Random and so it was no brainer that we would end their engagement session under the red lights and wonderfully gaudy interior of At Random. But first, we meandered through Seven Bridges to the beach on the dreamiest of nights when the lake was calm and the light was perfect. They held hands, told me their story and basically charmed me to the core. So here’s to basking in summer days and tree filled walks, sand between our toes and ice cream drinks in our hands. Here’s to Amanda & Matt enjoying some of their favorite places, just the two of them.
