Liz & Mike are two incredibly accomplished people who have are known for their ability to teach and heal. When we photographed their wedding a couple of years ago we learned a lot about how as medical professionals their lives have always been on the Very Busy end of the how-we-spend-our-time spectrum. But in the last several months their schedules have taken on some very new appointments and plans as they prep to welcome a new baby. And oh yeah, they bought a house too, participating in the age old practice of doing all the things at once. I suspect it is a gloriously messy and wonderful kind of craziness they had going on when we took these photos so I love how serene and lovely these are as a contrast. I like to think that this session gave them a little space to breathe and dream and make a memory or two as they took a walk with their adorable German Shepard Maximus.
