Nina & Logan’s wedding day was like a breath of fresh air. It was equal parts modern and traditional and we adored all of their stylish details + the spaces and places where they chose to spend their wedding day. But more than any of that we loved witnessing and photographing the thoughtful ways they moved through their day. Nina dressed with her beloved mom by her side – and spent extra attention enjoying the details of her incredible Philippino wedding veil. They met for the first time that day at the end of the aisle at Old St Mary’s, the oldest Catholic church in Milwaukee. The east side and lakefront played host to the rest of their wedding and it was a glorious blue sky day perfect for exchanging private vows AND for popping bottles. So grab your own glass of bubbly and get ready to breath deeply; love is in the air.

Libby & Dylan couldn’t have asked for a better summer wedding day at the Osthoff Resort. Under blue skies and all day sunshine they hosted a classic outdoor ceremony and ballroom reception. Libby’s lace wedding dress with the most gorgeous back meant that she was a model in the round – gorgeous from any angle and man oh man did Dylan know it. He was all eyes and all heart for his bride, clearly relieved and thrilled in equal measure to get to hold her hand once she walked down the grassy aisle. They shared private lakeside moments and a tasty martini in the sleek hotel bar before joining their guests and family for toasts and a party they’ll never forget. It was charming and beautiful, the kind of delightful wedding day that fills these photographer hearts with gratitude for the gift of capturing such sweet souls like Libby & Dylan.
