Half of me wants to just keep the wordy part of this post simple and sweet. This is more or less the theme of today’s post: pretty people with the most amazing dog have made the most adorable sweet baby. But to just write that truth would be selling Abby & Charlie’s love story short and if anyone deserved a novella about their love, it is Abby & Charlie. We first met them during their snowy engagement close to home and we celebrated their Door County wedding with them in the months that followed. Then we met their fur baby Bruiser and captured the last weeks of Abby’s pregnancy. Getting to photograph a couple over many years and as they grow their family is a gift, one I like to think for both us and them. And now that Burke is here their story feels all the more rounded out, their gift even greater. Burke is nearing 3 months old now and he is wrapped up daily in warmth, light, and Bruisers watchful gaze. He is cherished. He is beloved.  So, welcome home Burke, this story is better with you in it.
