No one is more ready than warm summer days than we are here at HCEP, but I will admit that a light dusting of snow and some spring sunlight might just be my happy pause place for now. Nathan & Jamie wanted to do their engagement session in the seasonal opposite of their planned July wedding and well, we nailed it. On what was likely the last gift of snow for the season we met up and wandered the trails of Lake Park and then warmed up with steamy coffee at a favorite local shop. Nathan was courteous and kind and Jamie lights up in his presence. Truth be told he lights up in hers, too. Together they are clearly a solid team, a partnership that anyone would envy, but mostly one that everyone wants to celebrate. And celebrate we will – next time without snow and with more warmth than just what their holding hands could offer. Until then, stay bright and full of light, y’all. Summer is almost here.
