Classic Wedding Getaway Cars | Wisconsin Wedding Inspiration

Nothing adds a little glamour and lots of loveliness to a wedding like a classic wedding getaway car. Over the years we have photographed many cars – some are rented and just for fun, while others are nostalgic nods to the bride and groom’s families or even their passion for cars themselves. Sometimes the cars are adorned with florals and the always wonderful tin cans of classic movie fame, other times the bridal bouquet is all the flowers a car needs. In the images below you’ll see (in order) a 40’s Super Deluxe bedecked by the men in the bride’s family, a bride with her dad’s favorite red classic car, a green Jag that simply made the Gatsby vibe come to life for the wedding, an elegant white Rolls for an ethereal spring wedding, then two Excaliburs – one that lived at the bride’s family farm and site of her wedding and the other a gleaming white one that made for the perfect entrance (and exit) at Milwaukee’s stunning Villa Terrace, and finally two 50’s trucks that any guy would love to be seen in or near on his wedding day.
