Julia & Adam’s wedding was a true delight of our season because the two of them were so incredibly present and honest and REAL. From the moment we stepped into the boathouse with Adam and the Nagawicka Suite with Julia, we were in their world – a world where the soundtrack is broadway and the colors are autumn-ly perfect, a world where the MOB sings at the ceremony and the bride throws a “rock on” hand motion to her bridesmaids. In this world the stories are cherished and the friendships are tried and true, where the couple tested and proved the axiom if you love someone set them free. And so it was that on this gorgeous September day Julia and Adam became one another’s – freely and without reservation, with an already full life of experiences in their past, ready to build their future together. I’m sure there is a musical number that would do this story justice – maybe Julia & Adam will fill me in.
