Little Louise (obviously) is an adorable girl who just turned one. She’s part of a wonderful immediate and extended family I feel blessed to know as I photographed her mom & dad on their wedding day and got to meet her at just a few weeks old. Still rather petite, Louise is surprisingly strong, super smiley and almost walking. She spent the morning playing in studio – crawling around in tights and smocked dresses, alternating between pushing her wagon and sitting in her favorite chairs all the while grinning and making plays for tiny cereal treats called ‘puffs.’ I love the styling of these images thanks to her mom, but more than that I love how Louise’s personality so clearly shines through – she is happy and comfortable, happy to love and be loved. She is, very simply, perfect.
