Theo Giles is the most adorable little boy, all smiles and curls and music and bright eyes and love. I met him at just a few days old when he was born in Milwaukee and literally days before he moved with his parents to Neenah. His mom is a doctor and was about to start a new job so while it was certainly special that he came home to their first home he will grow up elsewhere and I was thrilled when his mom & dad asked me to visit him there, camera in hand. Theo’s new house is light and bright and filled with evidence of his life. His room is sweet and thoughtful, a lovely place to read a book. And even though the dining room is still empty that’s actually ok. It’s a great space for crawl-sliding and chasing toys and playing with shadows. Theo’s dad loves to make music and Theo’s eyes light up when the guitar comes out – just like his dad’s eyes light up when Theo turns his attention to the strings. It was so nice to see this little man again and I can’t wait to play again this fall when the leaves are colorful and he can walk, while holding mom’s hand, of course.
