When Andrea & Ray met they weren’t expecting to fall in love or to even find a date. They were at a singles outing which they both reluctantly joined at the urging of friends. But find a date they did and in fact, they found their soul’s mate in one another. Andrea & Ray were married overlooking a vineyard in the North Georgia Mountains where most folks don’t know that a little slice of Tuscany exists. Their outdoor wedding was preceded by one of my favorite first looks ever – Ray was nervous then calm, nervous again and then finally, completely and for the rest of the day perfectly calm once Andrea tip toed up behind him between rows of grapes on vines. He seemed to exhale a breath he didn’t know he was holding and she giggled. She glowed. She looked amazing. And she would soon be Ray’s wife. Andrea’s minister brother officiated the nuptials and the wedding party was intimately small and included Ray’s dad as one of the groomsmen. The details were plentiful and festive and just basically joyful – sweet flowers from the fields, delicious cuisine, a rich his and hers set of cakes, and then the sparklers – so many sparklers to wish them well at the end of the night. Andrea & Ray – let me join in the chorus of your family and your friends when I say best wishes for a life spent loving one another to the fullest.
