In honor of National Marquette Day we want to celebrate a few of our incredible weddings that feature the gorgeous church and chapel of Marquette, as well as the sweet souls who choose to spend a portion of their wedding day on campus. This college is beloved in Milwaukee and we are so impressed with the bonds that Marquette Alumni forge during their time on campus. Those friendships live on after college and so many of the weddings we shoot are testaments to the power of a Marquette Love Story. First up is Annalise & Colin (+ a cameo by one of Marquette’s most famous grads!) Here’s our original post:

It would be exceptionally easy just to talk about beauty and style for Annalise & Colin’s wedding day post, but that would be lazy because the real story of their day is all about things we care way more about: kindness, joy, friendship, family, and So.Much.Love. The world legitimately seemed to smile down on these two from the start of the day: Perfect weather, a happy and on point bridal party, parents just thrilled to join their families together and if that wasn’t enough, Dwyane Wade, world’s nicest guy, wandered by the groomsmen pre-ceremony and cheerfully jumped into some photos. After their Gesu’ mass they practically floated through the day, buoyed by confetti, the perfect Taylor Swift soundtrack, Spotted Cow, and some seriously great toasts. It was THE perfect way to spend a summer Friday and oh yes, it was crazy beautiful and stylish, too.
